Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@cadizjewellery.com. Please note returns are only valid when the item is brought to our jewellery boutique in-person.

If your return is accepted, we’ll let you trade it in for a similar cost item or give you store credit for future purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can send a photo of the item with a message containing what is wrong with it at info@cadizjewellery.com with subject: CADIZ ITEM RETURN or through Whatsapp at +973 388 555 12.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We only accept returns on sale items/gift card redeemable based on it's sold price. Always bring the original purchase receipt to verify what amount you paid or we will base the price on our own accounts.

Refunds
We do not offer cash/credit refund. We only offer item exchanges or store credit with similar or equal value as your original purchase.
